Supplemental tables provide detail on the impact of predatory loan terms on subprime foreclosures discussed in a center working paper.

These tables provide additional detail on the impact of predatory loan terms on subprime foreclosures, detailed in the center’s January 2005 center working paper, The Impact of Predatory Loan Terms on Subprime Foreclosures: The Special Case of Prepayment Penalties and Balloon Payments.
